As per my other thread I’m after some160mm forks.

Before I spend on new forks is there anyway I can extend the travel on mine?

They are the 2014 updated Fit 140’s.

Seems daft to buy new if for less money I can change mine.

Yes you can. Give Mojo a call and they will sort you out the right one for your fork.

Ok great. I’m guessing it’s a lot cheaper than new forks.

It will be about £15 if you need oil too!

Not sure if the 2013 and 2014 bumpers are the same. I think they are but I would check with Mojo.

I think I’ve not explained myself very well.

I want to increase the travel. I have 140mm but I want to go up to 150 or 160mm.

Don’t the bumpers decrease the travel?

Undo the nuts on the bottom of the fork, and give the lowers a good tug. Should extend the travel as much as you want.

If it’s got travel spacers in there then taking them out should do it

Is there anyway of knowing that Mike without taking them to bits?
