Possibly not quite what you had in mind, but worth a plug in case...
I've cycled past this place a few times - it's in a great location by the river Swale and surrounded by awesome riding.
There is also the accommodation at the Dales Bike Centre - http://www.dalesbikecentre.co.uk/accommodation.html
dales mountain bike centre in grinton, swaledale .easily googled. barn style accom odation bike shop cafe etc or camp in the field for 3 quid if your tight like me. fantastic riding and brill countryside
Great call potatoe head
Keld Bunkhouse
It's much better than a bunkhouse and the owners are very nice people
Dales Bike Centre is a good call. Have also used some of listed on this site as a group, some but not all will let beds by the night rather than booking the whole thing.
grange farm at hubberholme
whernside manor at dent
halton ghyll bunk barn
all pretty decent
Another vote for Keld bunkhouse here, good little campsite too if you like a bit more of a remote base to do some big days out from.
Dalesbridge near Austwick right on the A65.
Good spot to explore from.
