If it wasn't for the trailbuilders most of the paths would not be cleared for the dog walkers in the first place. It takes plenty of maintenance to keep those trails clear…there are a few jumps on the main paths, but they've been there for years.
Most of the new trails are being built away from the main walking paths and are difficult to stumble upon if you are a walker…all features are well thought out and most are natural looking.
It's good to see trailbuilding like this in this country and not a plane ticket away.
If we are honest we are pretty much starved of good riding in the Central Belt…so long may it continue! 🙂
