A bit of a gem turned up in the workshop yesterday, a British Eagle Shadow.

Now I’m not aware of the frame being anything to get excited about but it’s wearing a complete and hardly used Deore LX groupset circa 1993. Everything’s there and still shiny in it’s black gloss finish. The chain, cassette and rings are hardly worn either and although the pedals aren’t as good as the rest they still have the original ‘Shimano Deore LX’ logos in place.

It’s not for sale but would anyone care to satisfy my curiosity and give me an idea as to what that lot would fetch now?
