    Hellooo oh great and wise!

I have a set of 130mm 26″ rev’s and a set of 100mm 29″ reba’s, the rebas have some stanchion wear and the rev’s are fine, so will the rev’ stanchions fit the reba’s? Is it a straight swap or a no go?

    Stanchions likely different length.

dead easy to do as long as neither or both have the power bulge. (the don’t mix n match very well) , however the offset is different between 26″ and 29″ forks so you end up with a reba 29er with a 38mm offset which will feel a bit slow unless it’s one of the original reba 29ers in which case you’ll already be used to it.

having made a few 29er franken forks out of bits of Revs and reba 29er lowers, the stanchions are the same length.

    oh really… worth knowing… #strokes evil chin#

Suppose it means manufacturing less different parts etc.

Thanks, neither have the bulge and The rebas are the originals, so should be a straight swap then?

yep about 30 minutes work. if the revs are u-turn you can have ace adjustable 29er forks. 😀
