I have one of these from Peter Mountain Works. I love it.

I used an ordinary rucksack, but had one with a separate shoe compartment at the bottom. 5 disposables, small Sudo, full size wipes, nappy sacks, hand sanitizer and a changing mat all fit in the lower section. All your regular stuff or shopping goes in the top. Can’t remember what brand it was, but just a regular backpack.
