By ‘cable sheath’ I mean the thin plastic tube that is used where bare brake and gear cables run to stop them scratching the frame.
I’m building up a new frame that routes the cables along the top tube with stops at each end for the outer and bare cable between the stops.
Searched all the usual places and can’t find anything anywhere.
Anybody got any ideas?

What about just cutting a few lengths of regular outer into small sections?

An alternative would be 3 or 4 rubber grommets(sic) along the length of the exposed inner cable between the stops to stop the inner cable bouncing directly on the frame

Why not use heat shrink and long nosed ferrules?

I know you lot are allergic to bike shops, but any good shop will have the stuff on a reel, it’s usually called “straw”. Same with donuts…
