    Everything is going along nicely. We are flying back to Spain at the beginning of September to sign papers and pay the balance.

    I’ve taken note of some of the warnings on here – so for instance our solicitor in Spain is making sure that we have the correct paperwork needed in order to turn this from what is essentially a farm building into a habitable house with permission to run part of the house as a B&B.

    There is lots of paper work but I’m ok with that. We’re not in a massive hurry . . . .

    Now comes the fun bit – I have a double-garage sized area that I can turn into a workshop/man-cave . . . .

    Ideas and essentials please???
