some of the details of my prescription aren’t available on the drop down menu of the visiondirect site I am trying to use.specifically the axis on my right eye is ‘5’ and their’s starts at 20, and on the same eye the cyclinder number is -1.00 which is also unavailable. I am trying to order focus dailies toric which I have been happy with before but my prescription has changed.

i don’t have my old order for reference and I can’t be sure that it was correct anyway.

Spectacle or contact lens prescrition?

Do you have an old box or even one of the lenses, should have the info in the correct format.
FWIW, I use similar toric lenses and find them just as cheap from specsavers, so don’t bother with online sales for them.

If you just buy the lenses, Specsavers are as cheap as anywhere.
