I am thinking about buying an ski apartment in France and renting it out, both in the summer and the winter (and also taking more than a few weeks for myself). Does anybody have any experience of owning a property in France and managing it from the UK? How do you do it? Basically I need advice on property management, tax implications from the rental income, any info on likely incomes etc? how does one go about organising said management?
any other tips and hints?
