Ive recently completed a budget build On One 456 rigid single speed, mainly because i was given the frame in good condition and had a few parts laying idle after my last build.

having read reviews in What Bike magazine, I, what i thought was against my better judgement, bought a complete set of Clarks M2 hydralic brakes for £33. All i can say is im completely suprised. Though the bike is only used for short commutes and very light of road use they are more than adequate. Im 95kg so not exactly small and they had no trouble bring me to a halt/controling speed on a decent.

Im looking for a new BB & crankset to replzce the used one i fitted. . Does anyone have any suggestions?
