I clicked on the online enter option on the website which took me to a BC entry form, filled out the relevant details but when I get to the payment page it allows me to select my card type but I cannot go on any further and actually pay. I have tried firefox and IE - no luck with both. Has anyone managed to enter and pay for it yet?
