Does anyone understand them? I seem to be paying way too much!!!!

obviously no-one unerstand the complex form of charging that appears to be designed to confuse users, and thereby allow BT to charge what they want!!

Its not always clear for what period youre paying line rental (theyve changed the name of that now too), and what the cost of the broadband service is. I then get charged for each GB over a certain amount I use…
