About three weeks ago I slipped and landed heavily on my elbow on a tiled floor. At the time it hurt like hell, turned an interesting shade of green and swelled a bit. Normal range of motion. Paracetamol, ibuprofen and beer consumed to dull the pain.
The thing is, it’s still tender if I prod it. Now, I can already give myself the sound advice of “Don’t prod it, then” but wondering just how long something like this should take to heal based on your experience?
