Anybody know of any brakes or aftermarket hoods that match Brookes Honey bar tape?

I'd like to avoid black if possible

Think there's only Hudz, clear or gold look the closest.

Hudz make them in a mid-brown, not a great match to Brooks honey but as close as you'll get.

I've checked out the hudz site and the gold looks ok but they only do for STI's.

I was hoping that someone would know of a brake lever only being used on a production single speed road bike that was a reasonable match

Cane Creek SS road levers are available in a gum hood!

not sure how good a match they will be?

old shimano stuff was white, which over the years turns a gray/black and looks well worn when polished up with WD40. Maybe look on ebay?

the brown ones from Charlie look a bit Brooks honey like. i have them and they look better than in the pictures.

Charlie's levers are for v brakes so won't work with road brakes so going to go with the Cane Creek levers with gum hoods. I think that's as close as I'm going to get
