    Took out a 12 month contract with Orange in August last year, and it has never performed well. Internet keeps dropping out, it’s incredibly slow (back to dial up speed) and the customer support is non-existent.

    We’re trying to get out of the remainder of the contract and move to another ISP. Any tips on how to do this? They’ve told us they won’t even consider waiving the cost as we’ve not had a fault open for 28 days. The reason for that is they keep closing the faults down, even though I have specifically told them not to. Sheesh.
