put a cable disc on the coss bike today, performancok, but i’m wondering if it will be improved by a new outer. Used anew pieace of whati had lying around and i don;t know if it is compressionless or not. Will i get improement from a kevlr outer or something else that won’t compress at all under braking?

if so whats good, and were’s the best spot for a metre of it
