If i purchase an IS mount Elixir, and i also purchase this:

would i be able to fit the brakes to my post mount fork?

The elixir will go straight onto posts with a 160mm rotor, and will need a +20mm spacer for a 180mm disc. What size disc do you have/are you getting?

I’m buying the Elixir in 185 front, so the spacer should already be there.

Yup, the adaptor in your CRC link will work fine, just swap it with the supplied IS mount.

Does your Elixir specifically state it’s for IS 185? I ask as when I got my Juicy’s, they came with both IS and post mounts.

You could always send the additional adaptor you link to above back – CRC are good with returns, even if they struggle to send stuff out, IME!
