    Am I right in thinking that normal hose is 5mm and braided hose comes up at 6mm??

    Need to replace the hose on some new brakes as they are too short. I've got some 5mm hose but it is smaller than the hose already on the brakes….. 😕

    If I were to buy some goodridge braided would this solve the problem??

    Goodridge is wider than normal hose, which is why you need the special kits to attach them to the brakes.
