On my old Kona the brake hose guides had complimentary plastic ferrules that held the hose straight and tight.

New Kona, and I haven’t got em, and the cables are prone to popping out of the guides.

Anyone know anyone who sells such?

I’m sure there was a thread about it ages ago and a chap on ebay sold em.

wrap a bit of black lecy tape around the hose where it fits into the guide, to make it a bit wider.
much easier and tidier looking imo, and cheaper too

Cheers Junkyard, but that’s not what I’m looking for. Its not for cables, but for hydraulic hoses to hold them in the hose gudes securely.
