    So my forks are beyond econmical repair, I currently run Hayes Stroker Trail brakes on the front which are post mount.
    I have seen a pair of new forks for reasonable money but they are IS mount.
    Can I get an adaptor to go from Post Mount caliper to IS mount on the fork?

    most common adapter is IS fork to post mount brake. Take your pick.
