Hi all,

Rockshox Totems – the yellow rubber bottom out damping blocks are sliding up and down when I turn the fork upside down. Tried pressing them down in place at the bottom of the lowers with a bit of pipe, no luck, still slide up.

Is this normal?
Only asking as I’ve taken them to bits before etc, and never noticed the blocks sliding around after reassembly.

I belive its normal. My pikes were the same and never suffered any ill effects

Yeah normal, my Boxxers did it too…. then I binned the bumper

It’s only a problem when you service them as you have to make sure that it’s on the damper/spring rod when you’re screwing everything back together.
