    Hi,

I'm trying to put a cage on my bike, but one of the bolts is refusing to come out.
It's spinning, but feels like the nut and whatever is keeping it in place (or not) is spinning too. Is there any way to get this out without drilling?

    Thanks

    Jamie

have you tried a flat blade screwdriver under the bolt head as you turn it?

Theres no room.. It didnt lift at all before the nut mount started moving. So its still flush to the frame, but spinning!

I'd take it to a good bike shop if I was you, I had this problem on a 'dale years ago and thought that all was lost etc.
I dont know how they got the cage nut out, but the job to retighten the rivnut type thing was very simple with the correct tool, and took seconds.
