Hi, my boiler vibrates really bad like scary rumblings when it fires up noise/vibrating disappears after 30seconds…and I can hear a dripping water noise inside the boiler metal box thingy… no water outside though… boiler just been serviced last month (British Gas Annual Service) ..should I turn boiler off?

I think it will turn itself off it if has to.

Scary noise MIGHT be the water pressure release valve pumping water out. Can you check the pressure?

Other than that, I’d be having British Gas back in.

water dripping noise and boiler vibrating only happens when it fires up and boil a water or something… its when the room gets cold and thermostat kicks in… the water dripping noise and boiler vibrating (scarily) both stops when (I guess) boiling int he boiler is done… calling british gas now 😐
