    afternoon…

its renewing the c2w season and i have decided that a cx bike is this years preference as i can take a fairly off road route from work to home.
any one got or had one of the boardman cx bikes? how was it for you and how were the sizings? (they seem to be odd half sizes…55.5cm and 57.5cm)

    cheers

I got the CX Team last year for the commute. It’s quicker than my old Inbred with slick tyres on and it copes well enough with some of the gravel tracks I use.

I went for the large and after a few rides replaced the stem with an 80mm one. It felt much better afterwards.

Yeah they’re bang on for messing about in t’woods, riding trails & bridle ways and roads too.

The rim tape is rubbish though so change that.

Size wise, I’m 5’11” and ride a medium
