My work has gone to MS Office 365 for email and getting the blackberry set up for this is not happening. I can send email from the account successfully but not receive it. Have read various things about enterprise activation on the phone but can’t see where to get this from. Input very welcome. Thanks in advance.

What version of office 365 are you running, if it’s the enterprise version there is a beta for using blackberry bes, if not you have to stick with blackberry bis and webmail

Good question. The work blackberrys are synced to it but mine is my own so I guess it is the enterprise version. Where is this beta of which you speak?

Why can’t you sun with BIS rather than BES. I’ve set this up for colleagues with MS Exchange.
