    I'd take some sudafed/lemsip/whatever else, wrap up warm & go for a ride. Unless I am really ill, I find that some exercise generally helps me feel better, particularly the next day.

    I had the same choice last weekend and as much as i enjoyed the ride it wiped me out for the week, still, i'd do it again 😉
