I was going to go out yesterday and today… Yesterday lounged in bed until the afternoon whereupon it started raining.. I reminded myself I was still getting over a cold. Today, the weather was just crap, so me and the Mrs went into town. Well by the time we got back it was too late to go to Afan (the only place to ride in really windy shite weather) so I basically gave up again.

I am a crap racer, haven’t trained for 8 days now.
