Off to France in a couple of weeks with a group of friends and the Mrs, some bikers some not. We fancy a few gentle rides along river banks etc ~10-15miles, nothing particularly steep.

What’s the bike hire and route stuff like in Les Gets for ‘scenic xc’, as opposed to lift assist nagery stuff? Will we need to bring our own spd pedals & shoes etc?

Also – what’s it like using reversed i.e. left-front brakes?!
