    2 weeks of family hols coming up – one east of cardigan bay in Tregaron and one close to Lyme Regis – anyone know of good biking routes close by or any other info please ?

    Nant y Arian for trail centre. Your also close the Elan Valley/Teifi Track etc.

    Doethie Valley ride isn’t far from Tregaron, Tywi splashes from Strata Florida in Pontrhydfendigaid or Teifi Pools to Claerwen.
