Not been hostelling for 20 years so a bit out of touch. Do they provide secure bike storage or is it pretty much take your own locks etc.

Some are very good, I'd still take a cable lock though. Best thing is to ring the one you're thinking of using to see how they're set up.

Take some locks and zip ties (Black Ones)
When we done a trip a while back we stayed
in a pub and we used the above also hung some
small bells on them just incase someone tried
to pick them up.

Stayed in quite a few over the years. Real mix of secure storage so always take a good lock.
