Newby on here ! Am a Vintage + Age grouper..GB triathlete & into cross tri. Fancy doing the bike 4 peaks sportive in Austria. Would appreciate comments from anyone that’s done it – as in “guy your age should know better !” or similar ?
I just did Calderdale mtb marathon on Sunday . 700m climbing , took me 3hr 58min. and ..NOT last !

Hi – never done it before myself either but just signed up for it. Should be doable for a fit “vintage” – if its anything like the transalp won’t be overly technical, but will be mainly long climbs.
