I have bought many things from there in separate orders over the last year or 2. Everything was cool, they were also very helpful on the phone when I was choosing some wheels.

Why be nervous of foreign? Still EU, get all the EU warranty stuff, and pan-EU (global?) sticky returns labels if you need to past stuff back.

Use them and bike-X-perts.com, and bike-components.de and had excellent service from all of them (although B24 can sometimes be a little bit slow processing order).

All 3 can help in English too if necessary. No issues with the returns either, on the 1 occasion I needed to do so.
