Hello has anyone used the shop Bike24 for mail order? I’m after the new Schwalbe Fat alberts and at the moment this shop is the only one to have them in stock.

Anyone had any dealings with them good or bad?

Yeh had loads of stuff they are excellent it only takes a few days to come.

Yep. Bought some forks from them a few months back. Took about a week to arrive. Parcel (DHL) was trackable all the way. Would use them again.

Just bought some forks from them and they were very good. Dealt with my order efficiently, price was best going and despatched thurs and arrived on monday!!!.

My last order from a large uk bike shop took 5 days to post to me last week!!!!!

The only place in Europe that stocked a Sigma hrm strap I needed, they sent a strap only without transmitter, a couple of emails later and they sent the strap and transmitter, they let me keep the first order as well.

So not infallible, but good communication and customer service.
