A guy that I know recently had his bike nicked, this is what he wrote:
'My stolen bike has been spotted in the Whalley Range Area of Manchester - ANY INFO, MUCH APPRECIATED...
Stolen Bike, from Manchester City Centre on Saturday 17th July. The Bike was stolen from underneath the mancunion way off Medlock Street @ The GASH free party at approximatley 19:00 - 20:30 hrs
Culprit was seen with the stolen item i...n Whalley Range Area M16 8FA - 20/07/2010 at approximatley 21:00 hours.
Afro Carribbean Male between the age of 20 - 25 years old, Short Haircut wearing a blue hooded top, seen heading into the Moss Side Area of Manchester with a group of other youths.
The Stolen Item:
Specialized P1 Cromo (2009 edition) mountain Bike
Frame Number is: WUD80300753D
Colour: Orange with White Forks,Grips & Saddle, has a design in grey on the frame tube leading to the cranks and pedals.
2 Cateye lights faxhioned onto the handlebars and the seat post
Very rare bike, I personally have never seen another being ridden in Manchester, in very good condition.
