Wondering about having a old Carerra Kraken frame powder coated. But I like the idea of sanding it down and leaving it as a raw polished finish.

Can I do this? if so what tools do I need?

Nitro Morse and wire wool will get the paint off,

Finish it off with wet and dry , and t-cut to finish, then you can use a lacquer.

Can get all of that from Halfords, horrible stuff though.
