So we are invading the Highlands for our family holidays this August shed in woods forest lodge already booked.

Thinking of stopping off for a couple of nights on the way up to do Alnwick Castle as the kids were too young the last time we went that way.

Need somewhere that sleeps 4 and has somewhere secure for us to leave a bike rack and four bikes while we do non bikey things.

Any suggestions from the forum please?

I stayed here 3 years ago, the owner had no problem with locking up our 2 bikes overnight. Obviously it’s been 3 yrs, so it may have changed. I dont have their website, this is via an agent:
