Figure that once my latest spate of injuries and niggles are resolved I'd be better investing in a proper bike fitting session rather than paying physios!

Anywhere in the East Midland - ideally Derby or Nottingham - that you'd recommend for bike and shoe fitting?

I used Mike Veal of Bikedymanics. He's a little further away but I thought he was really good and I might well send the Mrs to see him. He's in Leamington Spa but worth the trip.
