Another great bit of customer service from Ann at Endura!
I posted back my MT500 Waterproof Jacket on Monday due to a faulty zip and Ann sent me back a brand new jacket that i received today!
Excellent huh?

my experience of Endura has been almost entirely great.

sizing – erratic. customer service – admittedly just belt buckles – new ones sent out no problem. durability – great (still got MT500s from ah some years back, the spandex ones – indestructible and great).
