Anyone doing it ?

I will be out with my Dog giving my support as usual.

I did think about doing the Ride, but I’m worried it would mess my body clock up for a week Jet Lag style…..

For a week? Really? It’s a 50 mile road ride. Go to bed when you get home. Sleep for 5 hours. Get up again and you’ll be a bit tired at your normal bed time. Go to sleep. Get up at your normal get up time. Look at that! Everything is normal. It’s just one late night. Christ! Some people do make things hard for themselves.
