Need to sort this out methinks, what’s the best way to go? Don’t have a car, so reliant on bus/train/ferry etc, or could hire a car if need be… all help and advice appreciated 🙂

That would indeed be nice, pricey though I’ll bet…

    1. train to portsmouth + ferry
    2. train to Brockenhurst then change train to Lymington then ferry
    3. train to Southampton then Ferry.

They all go to different ports on the island, I don’t know which is best for the festival but they have buses but N.O. 2 is probably the nicest route.

    Seeing as i’m an islander……

Get a train to Portsmouth harbour and get the fast cat to Ryde pier head.
Walked down the pier to the bust station and get the number 9 into newport and from the newport bus station festival buses will be running.

Island travel is extortionate though due to no competition, your looking at 5+ for a journey from rude to newport.

    Hope this helps…

I would advise a hotel or b n b either side of the festival for a few days how ever as travel 2 days until 2 days after the festival is mental, many roads just block up…..
