    "Best" is TomTom.

"Best Value" is an altogether different question. Copilot for Android is about 20 quid if you've got an Android phone, for instance.

Check out the TomTom outlet shop on the main site – refurbished models with full TomTom warranty. There was an £8 discount code earlier this week – not sure if it's still available though (I got a One EU IQ Routes for £92 posted).

Free if you have a Nokia phone!

Though might not be that free on the Nokia once you get the bill for data roaming a month later…

I've got a virtually unused boxed 3.5" Ndrive (the one with the google earth type images for big cities). Yours for £20 + postage if you're interested.
