    After Mrs EGF’s illness this year, I haven’t been very motivated to do much since April & had only done about 50 miles on a bike.
    Thanks to Ton I/we had a great day out & although it was ‘only’ a steady 27 mile pootle around the local trails, we had a proper good ride out.

    Mind you, I needed the bog 1/2 way round. 😉

    nice going… it’s always good to get out, whether it’s 10km, or 50
