    as the title really. i like the look of places like three cliffs on the gower but i have been given the following list of needs:
    beach,
    kid friendly,
    near to civilisation incase it rains, say 15 miles.

    what gems can you show me?

    Caerfi bay which is one 1/2 miles out of st davids is pretty cool.
    caerfai bay
    beaches, pubs, coastal path and extremely good views.

    Caerfai Farm – across the road from Caerfai Bay. Both nice, but CB has caravans and statics. CF is tent / camper van only and marginally nearer the beach.

    dont go to three cliffs, it’s very pretty there but;
    we found them draconian, not allowed 2 tents next to each other,
    its gotta be tent, car, tent, car, tent, car.
    we personally didnt find them particularly polite either,
    but i remember someone asking on here about the exact campsite and people had differing views but people also corroborated my story.

    we’ve been going to this place http://www.nicholastonfarm.co.uk/
    and is highly recommended, been every year for the last 4-5 years.
    there is a cafe there that does breakfast, and they have always been friendly to us,
