A long and weary tale but to summarise, we bought a bed for my 12 y/o daughter last year. One of the slats broke, well within the guarantee period. I've just written to the MD and marked the correspondance "Private and Confidential" expressing my complete and utter pissed-off-ness. What other low cost (free) options are open to me? Is Lyn Fawlty-Woods still the "Consumers Rottweiler" or whatever?
