Thinking of going up the ben this weekend is there still much snow about.

Depend what you mean by much, there should be plenty, some of the skii areas are still open. I've been up there in June and there's been snow.

Seen from a distance on a snow covered mountain which was over a thousand feet lower at the weekend – there was good cover on the Ben. Also, there is an impressive cornice on Ben More seen from the road as you drive past.

Patchy snow from the top of the zigzags,doesn't look to bad.
