had a big weekend. sister got married on Sunday. i ate like a pig and drank like a fish. as such my gut was full. i knew it was going to be a big off-load and seeing the scales thought i’d hop on. 77.8kg.

once discharge was over i got back on the scales. 76.0kg. i was both surprised and impressed.

i’m still 4kg over my norm, but i don’t think i can lose it all in one go.

so 1.8kg of solids and fluids. can you better that?

Well I guess it’s roughly a density the same as water, so nearly 2 litres!

I usually measure it by the volume of the creak in the bathroom floor.

Its the number I get in that impress me. 3 before lunch is pretty standard good solid proper ones an’all.
