What are they like? Know someone who went a few weeks ago who said it was still gloopy. Surely this week’s weather must have dried it up?

Fine last weekend, a few muddy bits, main red is all surfaced anyway. Friston is running sweet.

Whats Friston? looking for somewhere local, is it more of the same Bedgebury(ish) trails?

Friston Forest, just off the South Downs Way near Beachy Head. Some lovely trails, not marked, a bit like Swinley before it was trailcenter-ised. Add in a loop on the SDW it’s a great day out.

Sounds like its worth giving it a go. My local trails are still boggy and cut up.
