What are you actually asking? Not all bearings for 15mm hubs are the same.

Are there any bearing type / manufacture that you would recommend? 6902 is the bearing code.

Any of the big names, skf etc will be equally good.

UK bike store do genuine hope/ina ones for about four quid each. Pretty sure wiggle do skf but call them hope for a similar price.

By the way, 6902 is the same as 61902.

Just fitted some bearings to my Hope Pro 11 rear hub (5 of the buggers). Got them from Eriks a national chain, not cheap but I’ve been told they are better than the ones Hope fit as standard. The make is NSK, made in Japan, so fingers crossed.

For the price Hope charge for replacement bearings I cannot see them being one of the top names in bearings?

if purchasing from a bearing supplier, don’t forget to ask for the “2RS” version. It’s unlikely they’ll sell you anything other but just mention it.. it mean 2 rubber seals BTW (one either side).
So full bear code is 61902-2RS (or 6902-2RS)

Bren, the hope ones are ina, a well respected brand in bearings. They do order a few at a time so I imagine they get a reasonable discount.
