Is there any way to extract the bearings from the BB30 plastic cups? I have changed the whole BB30 assembly myself before but I thought it would be cheaper to buy the bearings and refit them into the existing cups. I noticed on ebay that you can buy the bearings on there own.

With bb30 the bearings press direct into the frame mostly
Guessing you have pf30 or a specialized osbb frame.
With my old stumpjumper I cut 4 small slots into the back of the plastic cup to remove the bearing from the cup
But the cup did seem to get slacker fit each time I removed it from the frame

Never managed to get the bearings out with the plastic cup still in the frame

Cheers, yes they fit straight in the frame in the plastic cup may give that a go.
